Hey, I'm Bill and I create art mostly comics and comicbook like illustrations. I'll be posting my art and anything else that I think is cool, interesting or important. Some of my art and the things I post have naked people. The human body can be a beautiful thing and certainly nothing to be ashamed of, but not everyone feels that way and I respect that. I sometimes say crazy shit, please don't take everything I say seriously. Sometimes attempts at humor go wrong, it happens I didn't mean to offend you or oppress you. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your time here : )
P.S I'm already following a lot of people to the point that I regularly miss posts by people that I think are really neat. Having said that the odds of me following you back are pretty much nil, so please don't think I don't like you if I don't follow you back. I just want to be as good a tumblr friend to the people I already follow.
I recently discovered that my links don't show up if you are viewing this on the mobile app. Sorry about that.
Anonymous asked: Are you having a hard time remembering facts? Point to one drawing of Spider-Man from Art Adams that is known to be what Todd was inspired by. He has never said that, nobody covering comics has ever said that, and now you want to try to make up your own facts instead of admitting you were wrong for once in your life. lol
You can feel free to disagree, as I said earlier. But for anybody who was reading these books at the time, it’s a pretty clear trail from Art’s Spidey and Michael Golden’s Spidey to Todd’s Spidey. That’s not to say that all Todd’s Spidey was came from these two guys, that’s not the case at all. But it is to say that Todd was influenced by Arthur’s version of Spider-Man.
Here’s another example from Adams’ Web of Spider-Man Annual #2
